'When A2, A3 and A4 are still in jail, how will A1 Jagan get bail, unless CBI and Congress join hands with YSR Congress', asked Telugudesam president Chandrababu Naidu. Reacting on the way Jagan is given bail today, he stated that CBI is turned into Congress Bureau of Investigation and this is clear evidence.

'Why separate justices for Madhu Koda, Gali Janardhan Reddy, Satyam Ramalinga Raju and YS Jagan? Is justice equal for all people are not?' asked Naidu. He confirmed that Telugudesam party will fight for justice like they did in Bofors case and other scams. 'We need justice', stressed Naidu.

'After lodging 10 charge sheets in the case and saying they will be filing more, how could CBI now say that they completed investigation already? First a sincere officer investigating the case is transferred, then lawyers working on behalf of CBI counsel are changed. Is this not a quid-pro-quo between Congress and YSR Congress?', Naidu asked.

'But undoubtedly TDP will gain with this bail, as people have now clearly understood the nexus between Jagan and Congress. You will see the results clearly in 2014 elections', he concluded.
