He is "President of BJP for AP State"...state lo BJP havaa lekapovochu but he surely has capbility to form alliance wid tdp or vise versa

BTW....Kishan Reddy didnt tell anywhere that there will be no alliance wid TDP

all he said was

"We have NOT thought of alliances with any parties in Andhra Pradesh. We are preparing to contest all assembly and lok sabha constituencies"

it doesn't mean that there wont be any in future
