For practical sexiness, we looked at [b][url="http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/data/nvsr/nvsr61/nvsr61_01.pdf"]birth rate[/url][/b], [b][url="http://www.cdc.gov/std/stats11/Surv2011.pdf"]STD rate[/url][/b], and [b][url="http://www.buzzfeed.com/jakel11/penis-size-by-state"]penis size[/url][/b]. Really wanted to get condom sales too, but they’re not available at a state level.
