if you really serious you can stop it, wit out any aid(e cigs, nicorette etc)
I quit smoking after somking continuosly for 15 years.
I took some really drastic steps like,
Quit my project and moved to a new location,
Did not socialise with anyone.
Stayed away from anyone who smoked.
Ate less.
Joined gym.
Read lot of book not related to smoking etc..
