I know they are very critical and complicate.. I want few points where the real challenges are faced..

i know that least developed countries find it very difficult to end the digital divide.....

least developed countries take it as a big challenge to end the digital divide....

Educate the kids.. First ...

Irrespective of the level of money and the access to other amenities.. the Govt or the NGOs need to start providing the ability of teaching and facilities to bring the devices to the poor negighborhoods and prodviding them alternate means of powere lik solar power..

and few more other activities like.. Educating the parents about the importance of the future.. of their kids in education..

following up from a high level about th eprogress made by the kids with the new training provided to them..


Its all in hands of Big NGOs who had access to Resources worth billions of dolalrs..


If Bill Gates was successfull in his fight against the Spread of Polio for the vacciens across the whole world and in his fight against the spread of AIDS and educating the people..

for sure we can bring the Divide between the rich and poor in many under-developed nations reduced with the help of technology ..

All this can be achived only by educating the kids who were the future of the nation,...
