emo bro....i stil dnt want to risk it...even if i take min dosage also....it shud nt effect any way wt i am scared off....so will sideline the idea

consult doctor.... definitely its not gud.. but they will suggest how much u can take..

look.. there are definitely going to be some side effects.. the extent of those effects depends on the dosage you take.. the problem is not while you are taking them.. once you stop taking steroids, then the worst will come out.. do good research, consult some professionals and then go for it.... moreover there are some healthy addons which are viable alternative to steroids... research and go for them. any professional coach or a doctor can give u good sugegstoins.
