Speaking at an interview given to the famous NTV channel, Tamannah recommends a lot of fruits and that too in an aggressive manner. She also said that a lot of fruit juices form her daily diet and that is why her skin keeps glowing all the time. An element of positive thought along with some meditation is also said to be the key.
