During the recent post-poll review meetings, Chiranjeevi received several complaints from party leaders against Devender Goud, stating that he did not put in enough efforts in the elections. According to reports reaching the PRP president, Goud cannot win either Malkajgiri Lok Sabha seat or Ibrahimpatan assembly seat. In both the places, Goud remained a passive participant and did not even spent money, they complained. What is worse, as part of understanding with Chiranjeevi at the time of merger of Nava Telangana Party with the PRP, Goud got a few seats allotted to him and he sold all of them for a high price. “He is a real covert. He made a lot of money and he might go back to the TDP, if Mahakootami forms the government,” party leaders said. Before that happens, Chiranjeevi himself might expel him from the party, sources said.
