World's Least Honest Cities

Each contained a cell phone number, the equivalent of $50 in cash, coupons, business cards and a family photo. In Helsinki, Finland, 11 out of 12 wallets were returned, putting the city at the top of the honesty heap. "Finns are naturally honest," one of the good Samaritans who returned a wallet told Reader's Digest.[/background][/size][/font][/color]

This is not a proper survey, While I agree with the Finlands' top position, it all went wrong with others especially Mumbai - definitely that many people wont return. Its Indian Blood.

Also I wont agree with Londons' position as well. Finally Portugals Lisbon cannot be such a worst place.
There is some serious flaw either in gathered data or testing process itself.

Yes the serious flaw is nothing but the way you picture that everyone around you thinks exactly like you.. Having said that, I would not hesitate to think that you never would have returned the wallet had you found it.. Well, its easy to derive the conclusion having read your comment about Indians and their Blood.. Cheers..TC

After grabbing power everyone becomes like that. Thats the blood.
If you think you have different blood, its your problem.

I can comment because I stayed in foreign countries for more than 5 years. I stayed in almost all major Metros- New Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai in India and have seen their behaviour.

If wallets are not returned in London, it might be because of the location - for ex. if its in Kings Cross, Victoria and other secured zones, the security will clear that wallet before any Indian, Paki, Bangladesi or Polish picks it up. Thats because of security threat viz., bomb or other chemicals etc. That is the City of London which I have seen and I have expected this kind of analysis from others.

Instead I got comments from people who think that they are the best and India is the best.

Otherwise if its a very big amount in cash (which is imposible in UK) I would not return. Also I would dispose off all cards and I wouldnt try to use them. Same is the case if it happens in India
