C B I Summons Jagan Again!

CBI filed sixth charge sheet accusing quid pro quo investments in Jagan companies by N. Srinivasan.[/color]

[color=#000000]The summons are issued to all the accused in the case including N. Srinivasan, managing director of India Cements Ltd and president of Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), Jagan financial advisor Vijay Sai Reddy, IAS officers M Samuel and Aditya Nath Das. [/color]

[color=#000000]CBI has alleged that India Cements invested Rs40 crore in Saakshi and an additional Rs100 crore in Raghuram Cements Pvt. Ltd, later taken over by Bharathi Cements Corp. Pvt. Ltd.[/color]

[color=#000000]In return, the government passed orders permitting India Cements to draw additional water from the Krishna River to its cement manufacturing units in Nalgonda and Rangareddy districts, and extended by 25 years a mining lease in Kadapa district, the agency said in its chargesheet filed on 10 September.[/color]
