I have my H1 visa sponsored by the university that I am working for. This type of visa does not fall under any quota.I came to [/font][/color][font=Helvetica, arial, sans-serif][background=yellow]Hyderabad[/background] [/font][color=#282828][font=Helvetica, arial, sans-serif]for my H1 visa stamping. I had my interview on May 22, 2013. Something strange has happened. As soon as I went to the counter the officer asked me if I had ever been come across border patrol anytime and informed me later that I had a finger print match with another person and that person was doing some illegal activities in USA and gave me a white sheet where he checked the box [b]Other where he wrote that I had to provide more information about that person. [/b]I asked him that I did not know that person and how was I supposed to provide the information about someone i did not know. He said sir I am I will not be able to provide any advice on this and he said the case will be open for a year. I dont know what should I do and I am really confused. When I check the status online it shows administrative processing. But I really doubt if it is moving forward. Please can anyone help what should I do. I have emailed them with all my information and attached all my documents as well. Please help me...it will spoil my life.[/font][/color]
