Please Help...urgent

Got a job offer but in offer letter employer is offering me less.

This is my situation

1.We agreed for $45/hr on W2 which sums upto $3600 biweekly before taxes and yearly should be around $95000
2.But in the offer letter he mentioned it as $3391/biweekly and base salary of 88000 yearly


what should i do know and in the letter it says i have to reply in one day otherwise it gets void.Please help

Okavela tanu anthe istanu ante.. We r almost into september ending .. next 3 - 4 months ye market antha bagodu.. I wil suggest you to take the offer.. instead of thinking for those additional 200 dollars.
