Contractor To Full Time For Same Client

One of my friend is facing this situation...Need your suggestions

Maa vadu 2 and half years nundi oka client ki contractor laga pani chestunadu(join ainapudu OPT ipudu H1 paina unadu)...ipudu ade client fulltime ista ani urke adugutunnadu ....

ipudu thing enti ante maa vadu 2 n half years kinda join ayinapudu 7 years experience petti join ayadu aa client dagara.....so ipudu tella manager resume pampinchamani fulltime kosam asking (vallu maa vadini experienced anukuntunnaru ...vallu anukunnatha experienced kadu ani open ga cheppadaniki scope ledu)....

so ipudela manage cheyali?? tellodu kabati emina koncham atu itu cheste scene pedaga avtademo ani bayamestundi maa vadiki (like veedi original experience inthena ani)

maa vadidi 2007 lo btech complete ....2008 jan lo ms cheyadaniki vachi 2010 may lo grad ayi.....apati nundi job chestunadu...

First mee vadi manager mee madi meedha full fidha vundi nuvu naku kavali anatu vunte then only step forward. Full time ki mostly original ye petadam better. ledhu mee vadu GC veedi tho cheyinchanu after 2 -3 yrs change iyescope vundhi but yepudiki full time ante vunna dani resume thone kuda kanivochu but chance are risky based on your fate .. alla petti sukanga pani chese vallu vunnaru kuda ofcourse GC kuda alla petinadanithone chese vallu vunnaru without issues all depends on fate.

7 yrs of genuine = 5 + masters

When they are doing background verification, will they not ask for the CPT work period pay stubs or anything.. Or is there any chance of calling University people and talking to them regarding CPT etc.

while doing background verification- will they not use my resume to apply for H1 transfer. While I applied for H1, I used different resume and now if I change, wll there be a problem with USCIS while the transfer process/GC in the future? Please advise.
