H4 Or H1B Need Help?

One of my friend is in India and his H1(i797) got approved thru a small desi company...Also his wife is already in US on H1B working for an MNC. So ipudu question enti antay should he go for H1 Stamping in India or Wife daani meeda H4 stamping better aaa?
Suggestions please

H4 better kaani ..H1 visa kooda vunte he has to declare B4 going to consulate ..he cannot hide...

Having said that i am not at all a better person ...so wait for better person to answer or post the same in Sheelamurthy.com also and see their response

ala option undadu... he need to go only on H1...approve iyyindhi kabatti.... if thats rejected in interview.... then next time he can go for H4...

if he go h4 stamping h1 visa petition void avudi ..... he has to do change of status from h4 to h1 again after coming to USA.
