The consultancy people will give an offer letter

he is ready 2 apply for h1b next year using it and once he came to usa then after training/he can place directly by consultancy

in usa there is no bond...even if u sign bond u can brake it. Its illegal here....vaadu aa bond rainchukunna madichi pettukovatam thappa emm peekaledu

a bond is different from a contract or terms of agreement which u sign....technically inni months/years compulsory cheyyalani undadhu....only he can make u sign a agreement(which is valid accodring to labor laws in usa)...and if u donot comply with the gareement..he can claim some liquidated damages according to that.....they'll mention in the agreement what tose damages accpunt for(ex:Training,H1B&GC EXpenses...or due top breakage of agreemnt that emp may lose relationship with an end client...)
