[color=#333333][font=Helvetica, Arial, Sens-serif][left]While filling up DS160 for H1 visa, I found that there is a place to write about your Employment history.[/left][/font][/color]

[color=#333333][font=Helvetica, Arial, Sens-serif][left]But i have some concerns over there[/left][/font][/color]

[color=#333333][font=Helvetica, Arial, Sens-serif][left]- My petition approved US Employer but i am still employed at my Old Employer in India. I have not resign in india as it will depend on my H1 Stamping. If i will get visa then i will resign and leave for US otherwise will continue working in india.[/left][/font][/color]

[color=#333333][font=Helvetica, Arial, Sens-serif][left]- In DS160 form in Current Employer section, Do i need to mention my Indian Employer or US Employer name. There i have to mention salary in local currency so i was thinking i should be my current indian employer but have doubt.[/left][/font][/color]

[color=#333333][font=Helvetica, Arial, Sens-serif][left]Please let me know what to mention in current employer - Indian or USA[/left][/font][/color]

whoever pays ur salary and for whom ur working now is ur current employer...there is a differnt between petitioner and employer.....petitioner just applied h1 for you but u didnt start working for him...so he cannot be your current employer....
