Gc Processing Lo Doubt. Please Help!

Hi everybody!
I want to start my GC Processing. So I asked my employer, He sent me a questionnaire and I filled it and sent it back to him like 15 days back.

When I called him today, he told me that it is in pre requisite before applying for Labor annadu.

I didn't submitted any documents to him except that questionnaire filled up.

CAN I believe that? Iam in an impression that he is playing and telling me bullshit to me.

PLEASE help me guys how exactly an initial process works according to what I said..

I don't want to waste my time as I don't believe my employer words coz they pass time without doing anything

what he said makes sense.....although i don't know the communication b/w ur employer and yourself.....basically this is notsomething which can be done overnight or like h1b....first ur employer has to apply for PWD(prevailing wage determination ) to dept of labor for the position he is hiring...then he will get a reciept for that pwd which is usually valid for 1 year....next recruitment process...he has to advertise that position in newspapers..websites...office bulletin boards(it takes several months)...once its done he will then file ur LC electronically ETA-9089 form...so avg ga oka 3 months esko e eprocess motham

and for lc u dont need to submit any docs initially...only for audit if they request then u can submit...

PWD is for position not for individual, so akkada nee docs avasaram undadu, next recruitment, advertising and then comes your Labor.
Then he will be asking you docs for I -140. Atleast oka 6mnths vesuko nee 140 start ayye varaku, but konni desi companies parallel ga chestharu.

Kani, as always, it is good to follow up with them once in a while

So PWD ki enni rojulu padutundi?, so can I ask him whether he filed for PWD or not? Does it have a receipt number?

yeah reciept number untundhi but don't know if employer will provide u that or if u can check anywhere with that......

Right! Ardam aindi, nee position di PWD already approve aindi ani, kani labor ki PWD kuda supporting document, akkada ikkada mimatch undakunda chusuko antunna
