nenu oka client ki CTS through 2years nunchi chesthunna.. CTS pay penchamante penchatledu.. Full time rammani saavadenguthunnadu...

same client location lo vere group lo inko position padindhi daaniki apply chesa.. akkada manager gadu ma lead tho discuss chesthe ma Client lead manchi feedback ichadu...

aa job vachaka ikkada resign chesi oka two weeks tharvatah akkada join avudham anukuntunnaa..

kaani nenu first ikkada join ayinapudu CTS ki no Compete agreement sign chesaa.. CTS vadu monane warning ichadu in general itla jump kodithe serious actions theesukuntam ani...

so pl look another client or continue wuth CTS

or talk to New vendor and follow his instructions

naadi same situation but chelllau company details echina new vendor ki but payroll main company thone run avudi
and new vendor ki cheppina mottam situation he said ok after getting all payments from old vendor , will be moved to main company

Legal ga proceed ayye chance undi....but oka vela client manager kanuka niku supporting ga untey CTS vallu em cheyaru since clinet tho manchi relation cheyakapothey vallaki nashtam kanuka....but legal ga ayithey u r not supposed to work for same client through different vendor for 6 months or 1 year depending on contract...but like i said with the help of client u can do anything...

thanks for clarifying...naa non compete lo kuda ilage undhi.....vendor gadu chupinchina job(poistion) ki vadi competittor dwara services andhichadhu ani undhi...so i think if u resign and then join...it shudn't be aproblem..

Actual ga na current manager ki cheppina pay thakuva vasthundhi vere vendor ki maarchamani vaadu ok marustha kaani only HCL ki maarali annadu... HCL vadini adigithe nenu marchukonu annadu.. akkada aipoindhi...
after 1 month vere manager kindha inkoka position undhi ani telisi vallaki apply chesina.. kotha manger gadu adigaadu emanna issue untada change avuthe ani.. nenu no emundadhu already okadu itla chesadu ani cheppaa... so kotha manger entha varaki support chesthado telvadhu

naadi koncham similar scenario..direct Prime vendor ni side chesina..naa meeda legal case lu initiate chesta ani warning lu..
idantha kadu ra bhai..entha isthe mosskuntav ante..20 k annadu..10 istha cash..side aipo ante...no objection letter ichhi side aipoindu..

10k na
