H1B Company Merger Issue

anybody here has come accross this situation?

An emp 'X' has sold his company to other company 'Y'.Now without transferring (or) amending the H1B....Can 'Y' take the rsponsibility of running payroll?

yeah kaani aa kotha company attorney gademo.....edho law chupinchi no neeed for any amendment or transfer ani antunnadu anta.....so just want to see ilanti case lo evaraina stamping ki ve;;;ara ani..


and yes TAX id pakka change avuthundhi kadha......since no longer 'X' is the employer....

[/quote]naku aithe .. nenu work chesey company was owned by some other company .. kani the company i was working with came out of the company which bought it some yrs back .. but as such my work-location, my duties .. my pay .. did not change just amendment file chesadu ..
ofcourse nadhi full-time job anuko

the thing basically happened to me here is .. just paystub was not generated by the Old company who owned the company i was working with
