he did ms...used opt ..applied h1...didntget...so joined school...took cpt and then again applied h1....this time he got h1 but chnage of status denied....so he went to jamaica....he got h1b stamped ...now entered teh country on h1b....and his status is h1b....

I am still not clear. when COS to H1B is denied how can he still go to stamping?
