H1 B Visa Case Status Still In Initial Review

Helo all,


My employer has applied for H1 B visa in the month of April' 2013.... My case status in USCIS is still in 'Initial Review'... I presume that the decision has to be made before October but it is still in review. Do you think this is something I need to worry about?


Suggestions are really needed ..

Not agreed... Naa friend ki December lo approve ayyindi... Ideally you shouldn't work in that time frame antey... but mana desi employers payroll run cheyaru antey...
