just spoke to sister of my cousin

here are some info
my cousin transferred from f1 to h1(h1 was approved for 3 years used up around 2 years of it) at the time of applying the H1 he was working in NC and now before going to India his client location is in MN and his employer location is Atlanta GA. while getting stamped in india he had all the documents submitted reg the recent client which is in MN

on sunday he was not the only person who was pulled from the line 5-6 persons and out of them 3 members were allowed to step in to US in spite of having 3 layers of vendor in between their employer and client(unfortunately my cousin had 4 layers) they did not make any call to his employer it seems.(and they escorted him saying multiple layers not accepted.they were only stressing about multiple layers not many questions asked.) although i will have to call him in person and ask him in details which i will do when i reach home.

his wife was waiting out for 4-5 hours. the only call they allowed is to her and a person was standing beside my cousin. and they were also saying him that you should be good to come back with in a month as dependent (h4 on your wife h1)
they did not put any 5 years ban on him.
