maa friend h1 application file chesi.. lottery lo pick ayyi chala rojulu ayindi but still inka usics lo status matram under initial review lo ne undi

Oct 1st dead line antaru ..kani approve or rejected case emindi matram inka update ledu .. attorney ni contact cheste inka update ledu ane antunnadu anta ...

regular lo apply chestey october 1st is not deadline.. It is Dead line for ur OPT CAP-GAP, if ur OPT gets over. You cannot work after September 30th if your are on CAP-GAP. But you can still stay in USA to get the decision, since it is pending. but manavallu payroll run cheyakunda chestaaru.. They can approve H1 anytime.. It can take 1 day - 1year in regular cases... and yes after October 1st also it can get approved.

thanks mama ...regular case ... inka OPT start kaledu ..he got F1 stamping visa only for 2 yrs and he needs to travel to India ..so he filed H1..
