Please learn HTML5, CSS3. And then learn some front-end MVC frameworks like backbone.js, node.js
You can easily take some ones help to deploy using PhoneGap or jQuery-Mobile.

Then approach any SME business. They will have something or the other to do for Mobile Apps.
Its not any App Game, but lot of companies are moving to mobile/tablet based enterprise applications. Some examples are ticket-booking, utility bill pay, simple shopping at the least some advertisements.

You need just jQuery/javascript knowledge.
Sure you will have plenty of people approaching for development of their enterprise apps.
