There is a lot of difference between driver and director..driver follows path and director makes the path ... a director who can make good movies MUST know the in and outs of how to make a fly stand on it's own because he is the one who judges how it is going and what modifications to do.. some exception may include Senthil using different camera lenses

the word 'hatred' gets thrown around so easily these days. I certainly think movies are already commoditized and being sold to us as unique works. In fact, all of them follow time tested patterns in narratives, and I wonder if there was some sort of Artificially Intelligent machine which churns out these with industrial precision.

We should welcome the time when delivery models allow us to watch the movies at $1 or $2, and not be upset at someone who calls for it.
