depends on various conditions bro. present company meeda visa stamping unda? unte adi epudu expire avtundi? back enter aye time ki nuvvu ye employer tho work chestuntav? nuvvu back ochepudu ye employer H1 lo unte...aa H1B copy ne chethilo undaali provided nee H1B visa expire avakakunda unte...if visa is expired...u need to go to stamping on current valid H1 and then enter.

Attorney suggestion for me was not to travel until the transfer is approved by u yes cee eye yes.

Again i have stamping on my passport for the next 2 years..so stamping doesn't matter..

1) current visa h1b valid undi antunav kabatti..re-entry patha employer thone aipovachu..ne patha H1B valid untadi until your employer revokes it.

2) If in case nuvu receipt number meeda kotha employer kinda already working anuko...follow what attoreny has said.
