nenu I-T-U lo master complete sesa...at that time no accreditation for univ....asusual OPT rale.....yedo kastalu padi oka job kotti desi employer tho h1 cheyincha ...my h1 started from oct 2011.working for client x till today..client offered me FT.meanwhile my employer appiled for GC(i mean processing)....under EB3 quota (bcause non accrediate univ)..labor still in process ..applied on march 2013.........ippude nannu ft adigina client kuda EB3 lo sesthadhi....am wrking on informatica tool
adv with client) pay yekkuva.....2)non profit organiztion (no h1 lolli for time being)3)work is cool
cons) i dont have any prior exp before this client

1)wt r u r views/advice on this..can i take this or not
2)if in case nenu at present pake exp petti FT teesukunte...if client GC process start sesetappudu yemina problem avuthdha..
genuine resume best aa??..any ideas

better u tell ur manager abt ur resume thing b4 accepting the offer.
non proft antunnav kabbati, work cool untundi and job safety kooda ekkuva untundi... i dont see why u shudnt accept. but eb3 antunnav kabatti, next oka 5 to 8 yrs paatu aa company lo undagalavo ledo okasaari malli chk chesuko. all best bro
