creating clusters in my cell
applying fix packs
creating ssl for appserver n webserver
Troubleshoot problems in my environment by checking logs
increase application performance wen ever required
Migrating one version to other version
Jdbc n jms configurations


Basically my work is between webserver n database I'm a middleware admin...I take care if apps which is developed by developers
