Recently two days back Producer Dil Raju given 100% assurance to Nandamuri fans that at cost they will release Young Tiger NTR and Samantha starrer “Ramayya Vastavayya” on October 10th as Dussera gift to Nandamuri fans. But the situations are not favouring him to release the film on scheduled date. The Union Home Ministry had finished drafting the Cabinet Note on Telangana and is placing it before the Union cabinet today evening for Approval.
