Diminshed Car Value Claim

Hi friends,

naku recent ga oka accident ayindi. mistake other person di so their insurance paid for all repairs. Now I am in the process of claiming diminshed value for car. State farm people are telling me they are ready to pay 1000D.


Here is car details:

2008 honda civic EX 60000 miles Value Before accident 12500

Repairs cost 6700 Dollars


Any suggestion on how to move further on this?

But what's the diminished value I mean he is planning to claim the gap value of the car before and after the accident

nenu adey anukona but just online lo konni sites nunchi estimate tisukona they are telling I can demand 2500. but inka statefarm lo matladledu chudali

i went through this process bhayya.....i know they don't give more than that....oka vela nuvvu demand chesthe they will ask notarized paper work of your car value before and after accident from showroom antadu......usual ga showroom vaadu maaku sambandam ledu memu alantivi cheyam antadu.....but try, work aithe manchidi...my car is costiler than you..and i got same $1000

They will run a quick check and tell you how much you can get. Vadu oka 2500 ippista ante vaditho velochu, even though they charge 300, you will still get more. Ledu vadu 1500 ala vastayi ante insurance vadi offer tesko .

collision claims ki call cheste value 1500 to 2500 vuntundi and memu 300D charge chestam report ki anaru. Statefarm vadito matladenu vadu nuvu koncham ekuva adigite memu ok aanadu lekunte memu appraiser ni pamputam vadiki memu 300D ivali anadu. sare 1500 ani adigenu ok anadu. 2000 adagalsindi emo but ok decent ne anukonta 1500 antey for 2008 civic and I bought it for 12k. demage koda back ne but no frame demage and not planning to sell any near future.

so story ended.

nadi kadu mistake so vadi insurance company chesindi. ni mistake ayite gap insurance koda pay cheyaru in most otf the states except georgia.
