OK...colorado lo theatre lo shooting chesinodu...though he is armed and dangerous police arrested him...did not kill him
OK...boston lo dorikina bomber again was arrested...he was not not shot dead on the spot...
Now this is not OK. Maybe she was speeding to avoid gun fire...Maybe she is having mental issues as everyone said..
when the car finally crashed the cops didnt give her a chance to surrender...they just shot...
WAsh DC parliament/white house are very secure...cops should know that and tried to arrest the lady...
