Reservations are only Hindu castes based on caste not religion based ..

So once u r converted to other religion u r no more belong to that caste (As per Hindu law)

So then they made amendement to Sc/St due their back ground ..and will be treated as BC 'C'

recently supreme court denied reservations to muslims on the basis on religion then ..surprisingly they came up with logic ...saying ..they too have sub sects...like KAMMARI , KUMMARI etc.. and those sects will get reservation in their religion too ( i guess i am not sure bill is passed or not)
