Kastapadi three rounds of interview ni crack chesthey - epdu prime vendor gadu get back ayi dey were not okay with the previous rate that first we have confirmed so they asked for us to go with ( ?$/hr - which is lesser than previous one). So i said okkay.

Next day he came back and said again that the client was only accepting the people who works directly with our company ( which is not possible to me and offering the same ?$/hr)

Even i got the reporting information from the client who has replied me saying that they are very much interested and wanted to onboard on particular date. Here is the problem is with prime vendor who is not proceeding furthur ( As its a Desi company ). So what shall i do and what i have to do?

don't reduce ur price( i can understand ur situation manam antha ade situation le boosu mana karama)

they will come to ur terms ...all this is possible if u can access ur client person...

cicumvent the prime vendor if possible communicate to client saying that this is what im expecting and this what they are saying now.

atleast they know what happened. Crooked vendors..

Dont reduce your price.. Ask them to go to hell..

Ranu ranu market dull ayipotundhi.. First baga fight chesa but later i have convinced and said okay to them. But now they were playing this kind of games.

So nenu epdu em chedmani anukunanu ante i want to put a mail to the client person and want to explain everything whatz happening ? If he is interested he would reply otherwise i would leave the position

I got to know that other vendor is working with this same client.. Can i suggest this prime vendor to the client ? Is that will be okay to suggest to him?

mee employer gaadini paralal gaa inko job search cheyyamani cheppu..

work lo join ayyaka.. vendor gaadi system entha undi client dagagra chusi..

oka 2 -3 weeks lo .. didn;t like the way it works here ani letter icheyyi kotha jkob confirm avvaganey,,

appudu vendor gaadi meeda client ki complaint cheyyi...

if you are a bachelor.. play with the same game they started..

evo evo reasons cheptunaru

last 2months lo kuda same elanti kind of problems with these desi vendors..totally vexed with these kind of vendors.. Probably i am getting some kind of hatred feeling on our desi's. I am not saying about all but these kind of people
