While I agree with your personal dignity issue, this particular bad lady did all those dirty things while in films as well as in politics.
She learnt the art of mug-slinging there by gaining some mileage - fully knowing the fact that her opponents cant beat back as she can play the 'female victim' card. This worked very well when she was attacking Chiru.

Now the fate has other plans. She herself had to admit that she had a dark life and this would be winning point for her own brother.

In this context, she herself is revealing her personal matter, so there is no probs if some one else goes into her personal matters.
