dough mixing should be done properly for soft chapathis

use warm water to mix pindi, that will solve all your probls
also add some oil of one tea spoon
make sure dough is soft when starting to make chapathi's

#1 take out chapathi from pan b4 turning any part of chapathi in dark brown
#2 while preparing dough add either milk or soda{these 2 are optional) and keep the dough covered with wet cloth
#3 while pressing don't press too many times
