1) avoid cold foods consumption
2) Anu thailam (Nagarjuna brand better) ani nasal drops vuntayi... avi techukuni mukkulo vesukuni..... oka 30 min ayyaka ventane boiling water lo pinch turmeric vesukuni roju 2 times initial ga aviri pattu..... later you can make it daily once
3) vedi annam tinadam better.... first muddalo oka garlic and one amla pettukuni tinu
anu thailam is nothign but cow urine and other natural things in it... will help you for sure....

yeah try chesam kani okka specific food valla vastundi ani decide cheyalekapoyam..oka sari weahter vedi ga unte vastundi..work ekuva unte vastundi..ilaa chaala unayi trigger points...anduke edaiana natural medicine unte manchidi ani chustunna...USA lo tablets change chesi chusa kani work out avaledu..ayurvedic or homeopathy or something which works unte baguntadi..
