hyd lo posina projects ki ayye loan amount TG valle full ga bharisthe, It might be a good deal for SA. Adhi nuvvu anukunnantha easy kaadu.

There's a reason why Hyd was a megapolis. The reason is, aggregation of human and financial resources from across the state of AP. It was cheaper to aggregate them there because it was the political capital and close to power brokers of the state.

Ippudu separate avuthe, the catchment population for Hyd will be only within TG(only 1/3 of the previous population), which means the investment will not reach earlier peak levels due to dispersion of some of human resources into SA. Now imagine hyd having to pay for all that infrastructure with decreasing revenues. Within 5 yrs Hyd munigipothundhi for lack of revenues to service the loans.

Lets see how the loans will be shared. Its also one of the components that decide whether SA will be in Nashtam or neutral zone.

I simply don't understand why TG people were stubborn for Hyd as capital. Hyd as UT was more beneficial to both TG and SA.

I don't think it works that way. Since its no longer a state, I don't think Hyd and TG region will attract previous levels of investment. SA is bigger, and with good tax breaks (as part of package) will attract more capital than it has previously.

The lack of infra can be a blessing, because SA can start afresh with new serviceable loans and don't have to be burdened with an infrastructure that they don't need. For eg. the metro train in Hyd will simply become unviable shortly.

There's no mega city in India that's part of a small state(the size of TG). its simply unsustainable for Indian economy. Delhi is an exception because most of our central taxes go there, and is the seat of power for whole of India.
