1. No proper budget parameters have been set to newly formed state. If new state is formed without discussing share on irrigation water / capital amenities, distribution of state revenu for the next 10 years.

ekkad okkati cheppali ante Telgana vallu agiation chesinppaddu ekkaada and bayata chala mandi SA chala chala neecham ga maatladinaru just by thinking that Telagana ante TRS and KCR anukoni anthey kani noboday even wanted to the real problem why the movement started and it is still the same feeling .
Why did not CBN think all these things when he gave letter to that he for seperation??
Why did he list out the things need to looked if the state gets seperated ..
Now he says give me power i will solve all the issues in 6 months..
He did not think that seperation will happen so he ignored these things even though he knew as he wanted to get credit for seperation when he comes to power.
