India Visit Please Help

Hello friends,

I am currently on F1 valid till Dec 28, 2013. Next month November lo oka personal pani pyna india visit cheyali probably for 2 weeks. May be in mid November

Basically monna April lo na H1 lottery lo pick avaledu so tappani paristitilo ITU join ayyi cpt teeskunna. Ee situation lo india velli ravadam enta varaku risk?

I was in the same situation last year. Naa F1 Visa Dec 2012 lo expiry ayipothadi, but nenu August, 2012 lo India velli malli September back avvali. Aitey na H1B visa approve aindi. So na H1B approved document carry chesanu (No Stamping). Port of entry lo nannu "Do you have H1B visa?" ani adigadu, inka employment details kooda adigadu. So I believe, in your case it is really risky, travelling to India without any validity for next one year. Correct me if I am wrong.

Thank you for your response brother. You are right it is risky. But frnds are saying as long as it is valid while you enter you are good(i know it is just one month) and I20 untadi kada which is valid for next one year antunnaru.

Full dilemma lo unna and i know its all fate at the end of the day but still want to take suggestions. Thanks in advance!

I20 unte F1 mida unnatte and u are entering back before ur visa expires so make sure new i20 has same sevis number ...if u have same sevis number u will be fine but 15 days before ur visa expires try to land back in US
