1) Did you start working on the project?
2) Is the new project with the same client and same location?

Prime vendor ki middle vendor ki cheppedhi em ledhu. All you have to do is give 2 weeks notice. Your options are
1) Give 2 weeks notice to the Prime Vendor and other vendors and convince the employer (just to save employer reputation because you think he/she is good) and join the new employer/new project. You should understand that desi vendors are notorious and you will have to forget the 4 weeks pay.
2) Tell your employer you got new project and if he signs that you will get 10$/hr hike out of which he makes couple of dollars anyways. If he doesn't like the idea, pay for the costs he spendt on you for the 4 months plus training costs (all this because you think he is good) and leave again with notice or without notice depends on how you think will affect your employer
3) Don't tell anything to anyone, just jump jilani.
4) Go through the pain of asking the Prime vendor for a 5 to 10$/hr increase, you can say you got a new offer and you can show a copy of new invoice in-case he needs. Many times the Prime vendor will solve the issue either by removing middle vendors or hiking your rate.

Good Luck. Make a decision that reflects your character not your current situation.
