gold souk - if u r interested in that - koorgayala market laga untadi... u can see some ornaments weighing 5 to 10 kgs , just hanging in front of the shops - its a collections of 1000's of gold shops.

Rest - if u want to see high raises go through the main rad, i think some shaik name is there...

Malls - pretty good shopping malls are there.. u will good European brand clothes over there.. Quality is far better than American brands. Price is also not good.
Street food is good - anyway u ll get it from Hyd.

More over - 80 - 90% u see south Indians over there... And even in the airport they provide good help. if u ever needed any information.

Cab also not expensive - if u want to avoid going to hotel etc..

No Coca Cola - Only Pepsi.

as far as I know just tell the information center that u have 12 hours layover time and tell u want to go out.. You will get 24hr free visa and some coupons to spend also man.. Enjoy...
