maama...i think u know this....24 hrs power which they are giving to small towns...even lots of villages(example my village) is runs on single phase...which requires very much  less power....but the villages which you are talking about need 3 phase current...which costs alot...nuvvu mee orrlo eppudu choosavo teliyadu kaani...ippudu i can say 70 % of villages have single phase transformers in each every galli........things changed a bit now.... cheers12w
