Thanks to micxas he suggested not to move to any other tech's and wanted to try only on middleware admin
Inka kontha mandhi Weblogic cheyamani suggest chesaru i also appreciated their suggestions which were useful in my future to have knowledge on it

And inka na present situation ki vasthey nenu chala serious ga teeskunaa naa above situation ni - i just want to show up my skills and wanted to try by best - so i got an othr interview in this week and went in person and craccked the interview.. Finally got confirmation frm the client with good billing rate than the previous job confirmation.
I am feeling very sad that "Srihari was no more"..RIP Srihari garu..Sherkhan.. [/font]
