how can we get jobs in this domain,coz many of the indians in USA are into IT.

Medical Billing,insurance follow up,medical coding etc....

currently working in Health care domain in HYD,
US hospitals are our clients,My work is to resolve medical claims and generate revenue for Hospitals
Ive been working since 1 year...so thinking for MBA in Health Care...
