Xoom Transaction Not Deposited - Help

xoom lo na indian SBI bank ki transaction chesina. In Xoom it says transaction processed succesfully. But when i check online in SBI online , my account is not credited. Account number and all details are corect and i sent to my account previously without any problem.

i called to xoom customer care..they say that money was deposited in my acoount through their partner in india ( Punjab national bank). I requested them to contact the partner and confirm about the transaction again. They say , they cant do anything with it as the partner bank has processed the transaction succesfully. They gave me a reference number and she was asking me to contact indian bank. she was asking me to contact punjab national bank and SBI with the reference number. That was weird. ideally they should contact punjab national bank and re-confirm the transaction, but they are not doing that.

Please let me know how can i contact indian banks with that reference number. i tried calling the phone numbers of the banks availible online , but none was lifting , and few numbers were not connecting.

3 days ayindi... am confused , should i contact punjab national back or SBI now.. she said i should contact both. But i dont have any account in punjab national bank..am thinking how can i contact them.

did anyone face this issue with xoom before. ?

Naak ila jarigindhi..... Xoom vaadiki phn chesi... Na statement pamputha.... Deposit avvaledhu Ani proof istha Ani cheppu .....

Reference iccharu annav kadha... So like inko 3 days lo deposit aipothai... Most likely sat morning varaku

hmm seems interesting, maybe same person same name vunna indian account ki panpistunnadani vaallu pattesinattunnaru maybe that amount will be deposited back to ur bank here, either way the money shuld either go to ur indian acc or will get back to ur account here, I would say not to worry until chattam thana pani adi chesukupoyye daaka...

they dont lift calls..google lo sbi abids branch number ki call cheste...it went to jublie hills sbi.. they say they dont have the number of Abids branch..
