When the al-Shabaab gunmen entered the Westgate mall in Nairobi, a man named Mitul Shah was inside. He didn’t survive the day, as he was taken hostage, but he did save lives. He convinced the terrorists to take him hostage instead of the children, sealing his fate and theirs.
His sacrifice saved the lives of 33 children.
