Entha mechanization vachina...mana problem emitante, we need labour at some or other point bhayya...Can you imagine yourself driving a tractor to plough the land...you cant isnit?...thats the basic problem india has....and this is just an example...there are lot many areas whre a human cant be replaced by Machine...

But in wester countries, a farmer family stays as a farmer family and they work as groups and they do what ever it needs to be done without any so called labours help!!!
