Hi friends,

I have been following this DB for an year now.. it is really helpful.. many doubts have been clarified here.. love this DB..


I got a full time offer from a core company.. But I haven't graduated yet.. I will graduate by this dec 2013..

Will there be any prob if i join full time before graduation( I have my pre-opt approved)? Like for h1b masters quota and also in future for green card eb2,eb3 ? I donno all these rules!!

Please help.. help..

Let me know if i have to ask any questions to HR..

As far as neeku work status (OPT) undi...client is willing to file your H1 before your opt / opt extension expires Also, if the client is e-verified.,you are good to accept that offer.

On pre opt, I can work 40 hours if I am in last sem with no courses left except project..

So my question is will I be eligible as masters student for h1b or green card??

40hrs di evaru chepparu neeku? did you check with your international office? ne H1/GC nuvvu graduate ayyake chestav ga..so that will not be an issue?

ee kalam lo emi anna rules maraya.......naku telisi only 20hours..but confirm

if all the paper work is good no issues for h1b or GC........by the which university?

3 rd sem cpt 20 hrs
Summer cpt 40 hrs
4th sem pre opt 40hrs

Univ Ips approved, they said u can do that... And pre opt months will be deducted from one year opt
