pros : no traffic
good billing
duration of project
time for family and personal life if its a state proj no need to mention this i guess
pollution less peaceful life
less expenses i guess one third if nyc easily!!

if i was u i will not even think again move out and tell the landlord that u lost job and got family and all so its difficult to pay and see if he can help u out with lease break

Stay in NYC and try other projects.......... SC scks, you can't stay there for long term......... project ayyipothe malla vere place chooskovali...........
