Non IT aithe QA and/or Bussiness analyst better....will take time to get a job and if luck favors then things will ok

If java or any long run ..then will take time to get some confidence..

First step is gain the confidence....so if it QA one can get some confidence and also will have a good insight of the project..

then luck doesn't favor shifting to other technologies will be bit easy
